1. Appointment requests are not booked until confirmed.

2. A 50% deposit, which applies to the service, is required for all appointments unless a package or gift certificate is on file. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. If you don't want to use your credit card for deposit, I accept alternative electronic payments. Contact me.

5. Cancellation time is 24-hours prior to your appointment or forfeiture of deposit.

6. Same day appointments must confirm within 30 minutes of booking or request will be cancelled.

7. All fields, forms and contracts MUST be completed in its entirety or request will be canceled.

8. NO SHOW, NO CALL appointments will be charged 100% of service.

9. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate end of service and 100% of service charged.
